As an independent installation and services company with over 20 years of experience, we sometimes receive project bid requests from multiple dealers for the same project. Our commitment is clear:
All dealer and customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share project bids, scope details, or bid responses with other dealers, customers, districts, or third parties.
Each request for a quote is treated as a standalone bid. We do not compare bids to others; instead, we prepare each one based on the specific install packet, product mix, quantities, and manufacturer information provided. Can you add this somehow site logistics, regular or OT delivery and install, number of deliveries estimated and if product going to site or to our warehouse? If space complete and ready for installation or if we have to install working around contractors, stair carry etc.
Our team considers every factor, from equipment and freight handling to disposal and recycling costs. We evaluate our past experiences with manufacturers, assembly issues, and review travel time from our warehouse to the job site.
